Biography:

Robin Beth Ratner is a litigation attorney specializing in issues concerning real estate, business law, probate, and employment law defense. She received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Arizona in 1979, Certified Public Accountant degree from Loyola University in 1986 and Juris Doctor from the Southwestern University School of Law in 1997.

In 1998 she was admitted to the California and U.S. District Court, and the Central District of California. She was admitted to the United States Supreme Court in 2005.

Ms. Ratner belongs to the Los Angeles County Bar where she served as a Member of the Real Property Section in 2004 and on the Steering Committee in 2006. She is a board member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Business section. Additionally, she serves as an officer and board member for the Los Angeles Litigation Inns of Court.

Ms. Ratner authored "What is so Unique About Financing a Ground Lease," which she wrote as a Real Property Section Reporter in 2004, and authored "Top Ten Leasing Issues" serving as Real Property Section Reporter in 2005, and "Electronic Discovery - What is So Unique?" - Winter 2007. Ms. Ratner has also lectured on "Bias in the Court Room" for the Los Angeles Inn of Court.

Ms. Ratner also provides pro-bono arbitration services for the Beverly Hills Bar Association and serves as a judge pro tem in both unlawful detainer and civil trials for the Superior Courts of Los Angeles County.
